What You Can Expect

• All consultations are free. You are under no obligation whatsoever until you have received and accepted a formal Estimate.

• An Estimate is provided for all commissioned work, along with my Terms of Business. This will include briefing details and nature of the commission, usage licencing, expenses, permissions and any other relevant information discussed during consultation.

• Invoices are sent on completion and delivery of digital files, unless otherwise stated in the Estimate.

• I carry Public Liability insurance; clients and commissioners are advised to take out their own Indemnity insurance if required as I accept no responsibility for loss or dissatisfaction.
